Repair Center (7 days)

EgyCare Technical Support Department is comprised of dedicated technicians striving to provide expert and reliable after-sale support 7 days a week.

The repair center evaluates the equipment and notifies the customer of the necessary repairs and the cost to fix the equipment. Repairs are made as quickly as possible and the equipment is sent back to the customer.

Our knowledgeable service technicians also have experience with product applications, installation information and preventive maintenance programs.



A written guarantee of the integrity of product and of the manufacturer’s responsibility for the repair or replacement of defective parts is given by Egycare for the period declared by the manufacturer.
